This list serves as an essential tool for hotel staff to manage and track the status of guest bookings. This offers a visual guide to the status of each reservation using color-coded shading across the entire “Reservation No.” field, not just the ribbon. This shading provides a clear indication of the status of individual and group reservations.

  • Create New Reservation: The plus sign at the top right enables staff to quickly create a new reservation, streamlining the process of adding guest bookings into the system.
